- It is designed to fit and grip any handle that has a circumference between 1.8 inches and 4.8 inches (most all weights are in this range). Each clip weighs 1.25 pounds (+/-0.1 accurate).
- A 2 Clip Pack is two 1.25 pound clips so it's enough to add 2.5 pounds to one weight at a time. Whereas a 4 Clip Pack is four 1.25 pound clips so you can add 2.5 pounds to two weights at a time.
