Return Policy

Weight Clips

We have a 1-month return policy from the date your package is delivered. There can't be any signs of wear on the product being returned. Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer. Once we receive your return, we will refund your order. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. There will also be a $5 RESTOCK FEE for the return. To return your order, all you have to do is ship back your order to the address below and include a small note in the package saying "return." If we receive your return and see your package's shipping number was created past a month from when it was delivered, we will ship your order back to you and not refund it. If you have any other questions feel free to contact us at contact@julybody.com!

*WEIGHT CLIPS MUST BE RETURNED BUBBLE WRAPPED. DAMAGED PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.* The best way to go about this is individually bubble wrapping each unit, and having a box that isn't too big so the units have limited movement and don't have much room to move around in transit. By not following these instructions, the Clips will be damaged in transit and you will not be able to get refunded. If products come back damaged they will be shipped back out to the customer.

Clothing

We have a 1-month return policy from the date your package is delivered. The original tag on the clothing that states "once you remove this tag you are not able to return" must be on the clothing as it was originally. (We can tell if it has been taken off and put back on) There can't be any signs of wear on the clothing being returned. If your return comes back without the tag or showing signs of wear, we will ship your order back to you and not refund it. Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer. Lost/Stolen Packages

Domestic Orders

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen orders. If your order says "Delivered" through the Shipping Carrier's Tracking and you did not receive your package, you will have to file a claim through USPS if you did not receive your order. It could have been either lost or stolen at your address. If your shipment however gets misplaced in transit, we will ship you out a new order! All packages are automatically insured by USPS up to $100. Below is a link to file a claim through USPS if your package says delivered but you did not receive it.

International Orders

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen orders. If your order says "Delivered" through the Shipping Carrier's Tracking and you did not receive your package, you will have to file a claim through the carrier if you did not receive your order and didn't include our Shipping Insurance.
