Shipping policy
Domestic
- July Body's products can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States.
- All United States orders are shipped through USPS.
- Estimated time of order fulfillment is 2-5 business days. Can take up to 6-10 business days during restocks and busier times of the year.
- Estimated time of delivery from when order is shipped is 2-4 days (shipping and fulfillment may be extended during busier times such as sales, holidays, and unforeseen events such as natural disasters).
- Tracking information will be sent to the email address that was input during checkout once your order is shipped.
- If your "ship to address" cannot receive a certain postal carrier, please reach out to us at contact@julybody.com for assistance.
International
- All International orders and shipped through UPS, USPS, or DHL.
- Estimated time of order fulfillment is 2-5 business days.
- Estimated time of delivery can fluctuate due to how fast customs is able to clear the order. It typically takes 7-11 business days to receive your order, but it can take longer depending on the speed of customs and location for the order to be delivered.
- International orders may be subject to customs fees. Your country's customs department may be more sensitive to assessing these fees. Shipping costs charged by July Body do include customs duties and taxes.
- If you have questions as to why you are billed certain import fees/taxes, or would like a more detailed outline of what to expect when your package arrives in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office or the courier that directly billed you.
- We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout at the time the order is shipped.
- If you do not receive an order confirmation/shipping confirmation email please reach out to contact@julybody.com
- Your tracking number that is sent via email may not update until the postal carrier initially scans it in. Please give the tracking number 24 hours to initially update.
